REQUIREMENTS - All clients must provide a card to book online; your card will not be charged unless you cancel or no show. Note: Please review cancellation policy. There is a 50% charge for no-shows. - A $30 non-refundable deposit is required. An invoice will be sent via e-mail and text message upon booking. - Hair is provided with your service. - Hair needs to be at least 4 inches long to ensure quality and longevity. - Please arrive with hair properly cleaned, detangled, and blow-dried from root to end. Do not apply creams nor oil. - For best results, avoid fresh trims. - Remaining balance must be paid via invoice. If you have any inquiries or concerns, please call or text (601) 301-2093. Waitlist Policy: Dear valued clients, In order to provide fair and efficient scheduling for our services, we have implemented a waitlist policy. If there are no available appointments, we encourage you to join our waitlist for the earliest possible scheduling. Once we reach your position on the waitlist, you will be contacted via your preferred contact method. Please note that you will have a 2-hour window to respond and confirm your availability. This ensures a timely and fair process for everyone. Our scheduling operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. This approach allows for convenient and organized arrangements for appointments.
